TopSeed delivers account confirmation, sign-in, and password reset emails within seconds. If an email has not arrived in your inbox, it is usually delayed by automated spam filters, a work email gateway, or a typo in your address.

Check the email address you entered

When you sign up or request a reset, TopSeed shows a confirmation screen:

• New accounts: The Check your email screen notes: "We've sent you a link to finish setting up your account. It can take a minute, and it's worth checking spam."
• Password resets: The Check Your Email card notes: "If you registered using your email and password, you will receive a password reset email."

If you made a typo when entering your email, TopSeed cannot reach you. Go back to Sign up or Reset Your Password and carefully re-enter your address.

Check spam, junk, and promotions folders

Mail providers occasionally misclassify automated transactional emails:

1. Open your mail app and search for messages from noreply@topseed.ai or containing the word TopSeed.
2. Check your Spam, Junk, or Gmail's Promotions folder.
3. If you find the email there, select Not Spam or move the message to your primary inbox. This ensures future tournament updates and schedule notices arrive promptly.

Work, school, and corporate domains

If your account uses a company, university, or club email address, institutional firewalls like Mimecast or Proofpoint may quarantine automated messages before they reach your inbox.

• Ask your organization's IT team to allowlist noreply@topseed.ai and support@topseed.ai.
• If possible, consider registering with a personal address (such as Gmail or iCloud) for direct delivery.

Still stuck?

If you have verified your address, checked your spam folder, and still receive no email after ten minutes:

1. Return to the login page and try Continue with Google if your address is Google-hosted.
2. Email our team at support@topseed.ai from your account email. Include your full name and the tournament you are trying to enter, and we will verify your account.
