Where to find TopSeed's terms of service, refund policy, privacy policy, organizer agreement and event waiver, and what each one covers.

TopSeed's legal documents live at fixed addresses on the site and are linked from the footer of every page. This page lists them in one place and says what each one is for. The help center explains how TopSeed works in plain language; when an article and a legal document differ, the legal document applies.

The documents

  • Terms of service: the agreement between you and TopSeed for using the platform, whether you play or host.
  • Refund policy: when a registration payment is refunded and when it is not. The plain-language companion is Refund policy in plain language.
  • Privacy policy: what personal information TopSeed collects, why, and how it is used and shared.
  • Organizer agreement: the additional terms that apply when you host an event, including how payments collected from players on your behalf are handled.
  • Event waiver: the participation waiver players accept when they register for an event.

When each one matters

  • Registering for an event. The terms of service, the refund policy and the event waiver apply to every registration. See Withdraw from an event for how the refund rule works in practice.
  • Hosting an event. The organizer agreement applies from the moment you publish an event, alongside the terms of service. Its payout terms cover the payout method you choose and when TopSeed pays your share.
  • Your account and data. The privacy policy covers your account, your profile, and any managed players you add.

Questions

Questions about how a document applies to a specific event go to support. Questions about the event itself go to the host through the event page.

Frequently asked questions

Which document applies to me?
Everyone is covered by the terms of service and privacy policy. Players should read the refund policy and the event waiver. Hosts are also bound by the organizer agreement.
Are the help articles the legal terms?
No. Help articles explain the product in plain language. When a help article and a legal document differ, the legal document is the one that applies.
