Find events

Learn how to find tennis and pickleball tournaments on TopSeed through event links, direct invitations, and your registered account dashboard.

TopSeed has no browsable events directory or catalog today. You reach a tournament one of four ways: a direct link from the organizer, an email invitation, your own dashboard once you have registered, or, if you are signed in, by asking Ask AI to find an event by name. Every individual tournament page is public, so anyone holding the link can open it without an account.

How to access an event

These are the only ways to open and view a tournament on TopSeed:

  1. Direct tournament links. Tournament organizers share custom links in the format topseed.ai/events/{slug}. Clicking this link takes you straight to the event overview page, where you can read event details, review court locations, check entry fees, and view tournament dates.
  2. Email invitations. If a tournament director invites you directly or a doubles partner selects you for their team, TopSeed sends an invitation to your email inbox. Click the button or link inside the email to navigate directly to the event page.
  3. Your account dashboard. If you have already registered for an event or accepted an invitation, sign in at topseed.ai/auth/login. Your dashboard at topseed.ai/protected lists all of your tournaments under Upcoming and Past Events.
  4. Ask AI. If you are signed in, open Ask AI from the top navigation bar and ask it to find an event by name. It lists the matching events by number so you can pick one and ask about its details or register. Ask AI matches against event titles, so it helps when you already know roughly what the tournament is called. It is not a browsable catalog and it will not list every event on TopSeed.

What you can see without signing in

TopSeed event pages are public by design. When you receive an event link, you can immediately inspect the following without creating an account or logging in:

  • Event overview: Event dates, venue location, organizer name, and tournament description.
  • Draws: Competition format (singles, doubles, round robin, or elimination), entry fees, and registration deadlines.
  • Players: List of confirmed participants who have already signed up.
  • Brackets and schedule: Published brackets, match pairings, court assignments, and live scores.

When you are ready to enter a draw, clicking the Register button on the event page will ask you to sign in or create an account before completing your registration.

Public versus private events

TopSeed supports both public and private tournament visibility:

  • Public events: Open to all players and indexed by search engines. Anyone can discover and view the event details.
  • Private events: Unlisted tournaments configured by the host for clubs, private leagues, or closed groups. Private events do not appear in public search results. However, they use the exact same event link structure, so invited players can access them with the direct link.
