Click Create Event in the header or on your events dashboard to open the creation form. To publish an event, enter your tournament title, pick a sport, set your dates and location, configure at least one draw, and click Create. The event goes live immediately.

1. Start event creation and pick a sport

1. Click Create Event to open the tournament setup page.
2. In the title field, type your tournament name over the Add Event Name placeholder.
3. Click Select Sport and choose either Tennis or Pickleball. Your choice customizes the scoring formats and rating systems available for your draws.

You can also create the event in Ask AI: describe your tournament in chat and Ask AI creates it for you and shows an event card with a link to the new event. Only if Ask AI cannot complete the request does it hand you a link that opens this form with your title, sport, and schedule prefilled.

2. Schedule dates and add venues

1. Click Set a Date to open the schedule dialog. Select your tournament start date and time.
2. Choose whether your tournament spans multiple days. If it does, toggle on the end date and set your concluding day.
3. Review your registration deadline. TopSeed automatically suggests a deadline ahead of your start date, or you can select a custom deadline or remove it.
4. Click Add Location to find your venue through the location search. You can select one or more facilities where matches will take place.

3. Configure details, theme, and visibility

• Description. Click Add Description to provide tournament rules, parking directions, check-in instructions, and organizer contact guidance using the rich text editor.
• Event image and theme. Tap the image upload area to upload a custom tournament cover (maximum 10MB, 16:9 ratio recommended). Click Set Event Background to choose an accent color theme for your tournament page.
• Visibility. Click Advanced to view the visibility toggle. Events default to Public, making them visible on search and eligible to be featured. Switch to Private if you want your tournament accessible only to players who receive your direct link.

4. Add draws and publish

Every tournament requires at least one competition draw before it can be created:

1. Scroll to the draws section and click Add Draw.
2. Enter a draw title, select your format (Singles or Doubles), choose a competition type (such as Round Robin, Single Elimination, or World Cup), and set capacity limits. See Add draws.
3. Click Create at the bottom of the page to publish your tournament.
