To register for a singles tennis or pickleball draw on TopSeed, open the event page and click Register. The registration sheet guides you through selecting your division, entering your player rating, and completing payment or confirming your free entry.

Before you begin

Make sure you are signed in to your TopSeed account. If you do not have an account yet, clicking the registration button will prompt you to log in or sign up before you continue.

Complete your singles registration

The singles registration process follows three clear steps:

1. Select Draws. On the tournament page, click Register. The first screen displays event details and lists all available divisions under Choose one or more draws:. Check the box next to the singles draw you wish to join, then click Next.
2. Your Info. Confirm your name and provide your rating for the sport. For tennis tournaments, TopSeed requests your UTR rating. For pickleball tournaments, TopSeed asks for your DUPR rating. Organizers use these numbers to verify eligibility and determine tournament seeding. After entering your information, click Next.
3. Register. Review Your Selection, including the draw title, format, and entry fee.
   • For free draws: Click Register. The button updates to Registering... while your entry is submitted.
   • For paid draws: TopSeed displays an itemized fee summary. Enter your credit or debit card details, agree to the terms, and click Register and Pay.

Once your entry is processed, TopSeed displays the registration confirmation screen.

How payments work for paid draws

When registering for a paid tournament draw, TopSeed places a temporary authorization hold on your payment card rather than charging you immediately. Your payment is scheduled for final capture automatically around the event's registration deadline. You can review your confirmed entry anytime from Where are my registrations.
