How to find host contact information

To reach the tournament organizer:

1. Open the tournament event page on TopSeed.
2. In the event header at the top of the page, locate the Hosted by line next to the host avatars.
3. Click on the host name or avatar group.
4. The Event Hosts dialog (or mobile drawer) opens with the subtitle "Have a question? Reach out to a host."
5. The dialog displays each organizer's full name and direct email address.
6. Select and copy the email address, then paste it into your personal email client to compose a message.
7. Click Close to return to the tournament page.

What to ask your tournament host

Reach out directly to your event host for anything related to on-court play and venue logistics:

• Schedule questions: Match times, check-in deadlines, warm-up policies, and bracket release dates.
• Venue and conditions: Court surfaces (clay, hard, or grass), parking instructions, gate codes, and lighting.
