You can sign in to TopSeed using your registered email address and password or with your Google account. If you cannot remember your password or experience an authentication error, you can reset your credentials immediately from the login screen.

Sign in to your account

To access your TopSeed dashboard, tournaments, and registrations:

1. Navigate to TopSeed and click Sign In in the site header, or go directly to /auth/login.
2. Choose your authentication method:
   • Continue with Google: Click Continue with Google to authenticate with your Google account.
   • Email and password: Enter your registered email address into the Email field (placeholder Enter your email) and enter your password into the Password field.
3. Click Log In. TopSeed verifies your credentials and redirects you to your requested page.

Reset your password

If you cannot remember your password or see an invalid credentials notice:

1. Open the login screen and click Forgot password? beneath the password field.
2. On the Reset Your Password form, enter your account email in the Email field.
3. Click Send reset email.
4. The page confirms with Check Your Email: "If you registered using your email and password, you will receive a password reset email."
5. Open your inbox and click the reset link in the message from TopSeed to choose a new password.
6. Return to the login screen and sign in with your updated credentials.

Troubleshooting common sign-in issues

If you encounter trouble during sign-in:

• Incorrect credentials: Verify your email address spelling and check Caps Lock. If unsure, reset your password using the steps above.
• Social sign-in: If you originally registered with Continue with Google, sign-in with password requires setting one first via Forgot password?.
• Missing emails: If reset or confirmation messages do not appear, check your spam or junk folder. See I did not get the sign-in or confirmation email.
• Browser cookies: If the page reloads without signing you in, clear your browser cookies for topseed.ai or try an incognito window.
